The 8 week Basic Course takes a launching business woman through the self discovery process of who she is while exploring her core values and taking a look at how people perceive her.  This course is also a great refresher for the more seasoned business woman who needs to get back to basics.  Students are taken step by step through the vital processes of building their team and company structure.  Equipped with the appropriate questions and knowledge, they are able to construct their financial and legal team accordingly.  Collectively, they formulate their mission, vision and purpose statements while taking a look at core competencies and strengths.  Two weeks are spent on the preparation of a solid business plan.  Students also take an in-depth look at the financial aspects of running a company, sales forecasting and an entire week is dedicated to preparation for making a strong presence on the web.  Students learn to systemize their business so that it supports them in life rather than drain them.
