A MastHERmind® Team is a "meeting of minds" in which participants put their knowledge, ideas, and experiences together to create synergy and compilation of thoughts. The result is something that can only arise from the whole, although each individual benefits personally and professionally.
Being part of a MastHERmind® Team allows you to discover the "secrets" and skills of others. With the help of other like-minded women you suddenly start to see things in a whole new way. You never have to feel alone in your business when you are part of a group of like-minded women who are also continually striving for success. One of the most amazing aspects of a MastHERmind® Team is that from the very first meeting you will be held accountable by your teammates. With our unique Goal Tracker® program in place, you simply cannot fail! You will be provided with the essential tools needed to create a strategic action plan that will ultimately assist you in achieving your short-term and long-term goals.
MastHERmind® Teams consist of a minimum of five and a maximum of ten women in non-competing businesses. Each team meets weekly for two hours and the length of the course depends on the course chosen. Women engage in strategic planning, intense learning and new challenges. What sets us apart from any other mastermind or networking group is that our members focus on specific weekly measurable tasks aimed towards growth in the areas mentioned below. Accountability to the team members plays a vital role in staying focused on the end result.
Our unique and cutting edge Goal Tracker® curriculum is the foundation of the program. Between the curriculum and the support and feedback from the team, you will gain the business education and experience that most of us were never taught in school. The truth of the matter is, most people go into business because they have a talent for something. Unfortunately, many won't last beyond the first few years due to lack of business experience and knowledge. Of those that do surpass the two to five year mark, many will never grow beyong being a solo-preneur because they spend all of their time working IN their business rather than ON their business. Our purpose is to impact those statistics and not only keep women in business, but provide them the resources and tools to thrive in business!

MastHERmind Incubator - $295.00
The MastHERmind Incubator is a 4 Week Course that helps you to bring your business idea to the market, by initiating a support network between yourself and like-minded entrepreneurs, who as well as learning from the class provide a long term support group helping each other outside of the class in the marketplace.
One of the most beneficial aspects of the course is the interaction and support each of class alumni has with their class members. The series of classes focus on a number of key topic areas. Each topic is discussed in an open brainstorming session with the class facilitator and class participants. By the completion of the course, students are fully prepared to turn their idea into a viable and profitable company.
Incubator Course Curriculum is as follows:
Week 1 - Foundation
Discussion of your personal and business background, the skills and tasks that you will need to address to succeed in your business.
Week 2 - Business Opportunity Assessment
An objective evaluation of the business idea, including market dynamics, unmet need, competition, risks, financials and feedback from the team.
Week 3 - Capital Readiness
Successfully managing your existing capital, identifying where your business income streams will be and planning for capital growth.
Week 4 - Organization
How to operate your business venture successfully, we focus on looking at the operation using the Mind Map technique, how to define your Organization's Critical Activities, Organizational Structure and Charting, Coordinating Multiple streams of income, and ensuring your Competitive Advantage.
MastHERmind Basic - $595.00
The 8 week Basic Course takes a launching business woman through the self discovery process of who she is while exploring her core values and taking a look at how people perceive her. This course is also a great refresher for the more seasoned business woman who needs to get back to basics. Students are taken step by step through the vital processes of building their team and company structure. Equipped with the appropriate questions and knowledge, they are able to construct their financial and legal team accordingly. Collectively, they formulate their mission, vision and purpose statements while taking a look at core competencies and strengths. Two weeks are spent on the preparation of a solid business plan. Students also take an in-depth look at the financial aspects of running a company, sales forecasting and an entire week is dedicated to preparation for making a strong presence on the web. Students learn to systemize their business so that it supports them in life rather than drain them.

In the 8 week Advanced Course, participants work on building their personal and business brands while developing a solid marketing strategy. They begin to transform their ordinary businesses into one that powerfully represents them. We take a "behind the scenes" look at the personal development habits that have been formed that may be affecting our success. Students learn the important fundamentals of building their network and creating strategic alliances. The Advanced Course helps to create a deeper awareness of time management issues and organizational pitfalls that so commonly affect women. A women’s course would not be complete if we did not spend time looking at work/life balance issues along with organization and time management as they are proven to be the two biggest issues that women face today. Each week, participants will declare where they need support from their team that week and a new goal is set for the following week.

The Leadership Course is the only course of its type because it combines such a vast array of advanced business strategies that all get pulled together in the end through a Legacy Project. This 10 week course focuses on communications, sales and negotiating techniques and leadership. In Leadership students are taught advanced internet marketing strategies that will give them a solid position on the web while turning their websites into cash machines. By the completion of this course, students have mastered entrepreneurship and as a result, look at their business through a whole new set of eyes.
