Liz
Sterling earned her Master's degree
in Counseling and Human Development
from Hunter College in NYC.
She has been an integral part of the
south Florida community for 15 years.
Many know and love Liz from her tenure as the host of the InnerViews radio show, where she interviewed over 2,500 authors, celebrities,
scientists, musicians and artists. Liz also served as the spiritual advice columnist
for the Sun-Sentinel for more than 2 years.
Liz is presently the director of LifeWorks
Wellness Center in Boca Raton and feature
editor for The Happy Herald and Balance
Magazine. Liz is the co-host of BU
Radio, broadcasting on Lite 101.5 FM.
She is an Executive Committee Member of the Work-Life
Balance Educational Conference for
Women, a member of the
Board of Advisors for Women that Win
and the Wachovia Small Business Advisory
Group.
