When and why did you start your business?

I started my business because I saw a way to live an incredible lifestyle while working from home (I wanted to replace my income from Corporate America before I started my family) and impact other peoples’ lives in a very big way. More than 5,000 people later--I’m still loving it.

Women with Dreams is an online community of like minded women who want more out of life. Women generally find us because they are at a crossroads—they are looking for change—usually financial. We have common goals for a balanced personal, family and professional life, financial freedom, and physical health and wellness. When you join our team, you are immediately ‘plugged in.’ You receive a personal mentor who works with you closely and provides you with a roadmap for success, you have access to a host of cutting edge marketing tools including your own website, a complete marketing system, training, the entire team, and are aligned with a billion dollar rock solid health and wellness company. Our members come in all ages from the young woman just out of school to the retiree because we seek different things at different times in our life.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

Raising two happy, well adjusted, well behaved children of God. And seeing how Women with Dreams is impacting so many lives—literally thousands.

What advice could you offer women looking to get into business for themselves?

To have a clear vision, be focused, be willing to sacrifice for a period of time to see your vision come to fruition—you must work smart—truly treat your business like it’s a million dollar business before it is a million dollar business. You only have one shot at a first impression. Do not have a Plan B because Failure is Not an Option.
